A very uniform product of exceptional quality, Iberian breed pigs crossed with 50% Duroc are raised on approved farms following all animal welfare standards and quality certificates.
They are raised on corn, wheat and natural feed.
Its curing follows artisanal methods such as maturation and rest in natural cellars in the Jabugo mountain range.
